Before beginning the certification process, every applicant must secure a SERF Professional (SP) as an independent third party verifiers. SPs work with you to conduct a preliminary rating early in the design process, to ensure the project team understands all certification requirements. SPs provide the required independent, third-party verification for each SERF certification.
