SERF FOUNDATION EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS

SERF Foundation supports SERF Scholars in their studies to become thought leaders in the field of green buildings and Practical Environmental Stewardship.

Eligible fields of study include, but are not limited to, environmental studies, architecture, civil engineering, law, real estate and environmental economics. Those pursuing a bachelors or graduate level degree at an accredited institution may apply by downloading the application here or applying online.

Marc is currently attending Washington University in St. Louis where he plans to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science. Marc is a SERF Foundation volunteer, specializing in marketing and professional cartography.

Amanda graduated May 2013 from Northwood university with her bachelors degree in advertising and marketing. She currently attends Michigan State university where she will be graduating December 2013 with her M.A in advertising.

Nida graduated from Roosevelt University in Chicago, with an M.S. in Real Estate Management and a Certification in construction management from Turner School of Construction. Nida is currently pursuing her Real Estate Broker’s License.

Bree graduated June 2013 from DePaul University in Chicago with her bachelor’s degree in  Environmental Public Policy.  In addition to being a SERF Scholar, Bree played on the women’s lacrosse team and was a 4-year recipient of the Depaul Scholar Scholarship.

Allison Voglesong

Allison graduated from James Madison Honors College at Michigan State University, with an emphasis in environmental economics and policy, in 2010 with the objective of, “achieving water conservation in habitat and lifestyle so water is not wasted.” SERF Foundation helped Allison nurture this dream and she now serves as Communications Director for FLOW, For the Love OF Water, a non-profit advancing public trust solutions to save the Great Lakes.
