Adaptive reuse in heart of Chicago.
Norcon Construction transformed a three story, concrete frame loft building into its new SERF certified headquarters. The renovation included adding an employee lounge and fitness center to the second floor and office space to the third. The project also involved adding a fourth floor conference room, rooftop deck and green roof. The City of Chicago's Green Permit Process was used and the building received LEED Gold designation.
