Sustainable regional distribution facility.

A major, regional lubricant distribution center was destroyed by a massive fire in August 2004 near downtown Lansing, Michigan. After containing and recapturing all product on site, the local owners committed to rebuild this state of the art facility at its home in the central city since 1924. The result is this 8,000 square foot state of the art facility with 39 sustainable lubricant tanks providing 324,000 gallons of storage with 3 redundant systems for spill containment and recapture.
