Adaptive reuse of structure built in 1928

Adaptive reuse revitalizing urban core of Grand Rapids, Michigan. This structure has seen many uses since its construction in 1928, including as a department store, medical offices and a center for the arts & technology. Its new life will serve as home for the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty.
